As a working consultant, Perry had the opportunity to travel all over the United States. As a result he encountered every type of BBQ that the country is known for. This instilled a passion for Perry to try and recreate these different styles.
With a lot of effort, and not a few mistakes, Perry has been able to produce award winning BBQ since 2012 and foster a following of repeat customers.
